Our Promise
How Every Bottle Is Made
01
Varietal Honeys
Honey gathered from Oklahoma apiaries and across the USA.
02
Slow Fermented
Weeks, sometimes months. We add nothing to rush the process — only patience produces the complexity we are after.
03
Hand Bottled
Every bottle is filled, sealed, and labelled by hand at BOS Ranch, by Ella Meadery — by the same people who made the mead.
04
All Natural Ingredients
No artificial flavours, colourings, or preservatives. Ever. What is in the bottle is what was in the meadow.
